This presentation will examine how high-voltage (HV) asset operators can improve performance and resilience by integrating data frameworks, real-time modelling, and automation into asset management practices.

Key focus areas include:

• Real-time data visualisation to support predictive maintenance and reduce failure rates.

• Use of predictive analytics and structured data frameworks to improve efficiency and support more robust risk assessments.

• Application of digital twins and workflow automation to enable informed, data-driven decision-making across technical teams.

A central concept introduced in this session is "Data Safari before Procurement"—a strategic approach advocating for deep exploration of existing data assets before committing to platform or tooling investments. This methodology aims to uncover the operational potential of existing data environments and align digital strategies with actual asset needs.

Drawing on examples from Secora Garage projects, Ana will also outline how Secora collaborates with critical infrastructure clients to deploy scalable and effective data solutions. The session will provide practical insights into developing AI-enabled, cost-efficient asset management architectures without significant upfront investment.
